  • 'Vision 3D - Portable solutions for 2D and 3D visualization for endoscopy medical intervention', submitted in 2014 to the +Knowledge program with the company Awaiba, Pending evaluation.

  • 'SmartSOLAR - Solar Management Plataform', submitted in 2014 to the +Knowledge program with the company FactorEnergia, Pending evaluation.

  • 'MAGNIFIC - Madeira Global Neural Interactive FPGA Industrial Controller', submitted in 2014 to the +Knowledge program with the Italian company Electronics and Computers Highlights, Pending evaluation.

  • 'Energy Management in the Penteada Building', funded by the University of Madeira and the Mayor of Funchal. 2011-2015.

  • OTIC-TeCMU - Laboratory for technology and knowledge transfer, funded by the program Intervir+, since June 2012. Participation: responsible for energy efficiency action.

  • 'Automatic Implementation of functions in FPGAs through MATLAB', funded by the research fund of the University of Madeira - Santander Bank in 2008 . Participation: proponent and team leader.

  • 'Neuromorphic Robot' funded by the research fund of the University of Madeira - Santander Bank in 2008. . Participation: proponent and team leader.

  • 'Hardware Implementation of a Neural Network with an embedded microprocessor' funded by the research fund of the University of Madeira - Santander Bank in 2007. Participation: proponent and team leader.

  • 'DISCO: Distributed Embeddable Systems for Control Applications', funded by the Portuguese foundation for science and technology (FCT). Implemented at the University of Aveiro 2001-2003. Participation: researcher.
